Weaving Voices at Szalatnak trailer
This is a short movie about the Weaving Voices project in the village of Szalatnak in Hungary. The movie was shooted by Szabolcs Szirony and Norbert Molvay during May-June 2024 in Szalatnak. The short trailer summarizes the two residencies of Tuyo Foundation in Hungary carried out by Rosa Smits and Nina van Hartskamp about community weaving and plant dyeing in the village of Szalatnak involving the inhabitants of the local settlement and also its surrounding. The movie contains pictures also about the international workshop of the Weaving Voices partnership in Szalatnak and its final result: the “Walking Act”.

This video was edited by Christiane Hommelsheim, a voice artist and teacher from Germany ( https://www.christianehommelsheim.de/ ). The video was made in January 2023 during the Weaving Voices Erasmus+ project.
