We have been partnering with Mill Hill Unitarian Chapel to deliver a small festival of sharing the Weaving Voices story from Thursday 17th October – Sunday 20th October.
Our activities which we carried out:
- Leeds Beckett University delivered a ‘collective sing’ with Harmony Choir on the evening of Thursday 17th – open to the public and invited local communities.
- There was a day of programmed workshops on Friday 18th
- Leeds leaded a presentation about our experiences on Sunday 20th
- Leeds shared our work via images, presentations, talks and workshops over the four days with academics, students, refugee communities, well-being groups and the Mill Hill Unitarian Congregation.
- Leeds facilitateed the share-a-song-and -add-a-thread to the big loom activity for two days in and around the Chapel.
