Target group: We will invite teachers and staff from local and nearby cultural schools (extra curricular schools of performing arts), culture workers from the local municipality and county, local media such as radio and newspaper as well as workers in the cultural field.
Set up:
– We will have a presentation about the project where we talk about the aim and the process of the project. We will also share our personal experiences of the project. We will simultaneously show a slide show to give context.
– We will hold a Roy Hart inspirated body and voice warm-up
– We will teach folk songs (Swedish, Georgian) and some kulning
– Exhibition opens
Exhibition
– Exhibit communal weave (if we can get it)
– Exhibit printed photos of weaves from the project
– Exhibit photos from the workshop weeks
– Exhibit haikus and invite visitors to write their own
– Communal / interactive weave that visitors can contribute to
– Possibly exhibit Ninas audio (What we’ve got)
– Separate room 1: Exhibit Christianes video (with audio)
– Separate room 2: Exhibit voice recordings of haikus from Sweden with slideshow of photos from Sweden
